Pockets of inspiration in my everyday walks around Preston

Key areas of interest are the blend between natural/organic structures and man-made components. Particularly looking at how they’ve merged and perform as one.

These images capture a contrasting energy within the landscape. The deliberate marks within the graffiti, the rusting away of metal, artificial materials and worn-down signage all show a push & pull force between nature taking over.

Some photos were taken due to their statements of colour. I find vibrant & bold colours create a striking contrast to the colour palette of the greens & browns.
